Wilton Garage
Scope of Work: Concrete Placement
Duration: 4 Months
Apex Construction was entrusted with managing the installation of the cast-in-place topping slab on hollow core planks, utilizing the Diversakore system, for a 5.5-story parking garage with two stair towers. The team, consisting of 8 skilled concrete finishers, was responsible for layout and placement, ensuring the proper positioning and verification of rebar within both the slab and the Diversakore structure. Over the course of 2.5 months, Apex Construction successfully executed continuous concrete placements, meeting all project deadlines set by the owner. The seamless coordination and consistent workflow contributed to the timely completion of the project, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout.
American Home ABQ
Apex Construction SW was responsible for supplying the reinforcing steel and concrete required to build the patio foundation for American Home Furniture, located near Carlisle and I-40. In addition, Apex Construction SW provided the steel package for the canopy and supplied the labor necessary to erect the structure. Through close collaboration with the general contractor, Apex Construction SW successfully met all project deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
