Apex Construction SW was responsible for supplying the reinforcing steel and concrete required to build the patio foundation for American Home Furniture, located near Carlisle and I-40. In addition, Apex Construction SW provided the steel package for the canopy and supplied the labor necessary to erect the structure. Through close collaboration with the general contractor, Apex Construction SW successfully met all project deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Apex Construction was called upon by the developer to step in and complete a project that had been left unfinished by the original subcontractor. With urgency and expertise, Apex Construction SW took charge of a range of crucial site concrete work, including sidewalks, curbs and gutters, valley gutters, dumpster pads, patio pads, light pole bases, small retaining walls, and a decorative colored pool deck. By stepping in at a pivotal moment, Apex Construction SW not only finished the job but also prevented significant delays, ultimately saving the project and ensuring its timely completion.
